This is called a Group Link. You can create a Group Link from the Dashboard or from the Manage Groups screen.

Dashboard:

1. Choose your assessment from the dropdown menu.
2. Select the Create a Group Link radio button.
3. Enter your group name.
4. Click Create Link.

Now, navigate to the Manage Groups page and you will see the group, assigned assessment and the link. You will also be able to copy a QR code for the link if you want to use it in marketing or presentations.

Create a single link that can be shared with a group of people for the same assessment. Anyone who clicks on that link and completes the assessment will be automatically added to the Group on the Manage Groups page.

When you create a Group Link, you will also be able to download a QR code for that link.

Group Links can be used creatively. Here are some ideas:

• Training class
• Keynote presentation
• Social media marketing
• QR code for your business cards

You might want to hold a training class and group all of your participants accordingly.

Maybe you are giving a presentation to an audience.

To add a new Participant to a Group from the Dashboard you must first create the Group on the Manage Groups page.

From the Participants page, click the plus (+) sign in front of the Participant's first name.

From this view you will see all of the assessments you have assigned (or sent) to your Participant.

You will also see a date in the Completed column once they have completed their assessment. 

Click the View Result icon to see their result.

• From the Participants page, find the Participant for whom you would like to modify the assessment link.
• Click the plus sign in front of their first name.
• Click the Edit (pencil) icon.

Participants can only be added from the Dashboard.

Yes. But there is really no need to send them the same assessment. If they took the Blind Spot Assessment - Lite Edition and you would like to provide them with a copy of the Expanded Edition report, you can download the report from the Resources menu and email it to them.

If you are sending a different assessment such as the Emotional Intelligence Blind Spots Assessment (once released), then follow these steps.

• Navigate to the Participant page.
• Find the Participant to whom you wish to send a different assessment.
• Click the Add Assessment plus sign icon.
• Complete the next screen just as you would from the Dashboard.

Note: There is never a reason to send a Participant more than one Blind Spot Assessment. Once their style has been determined by the completion of their first Blind Spot Assessment, you can simply send them any other report you would like to provide them.

If they completed a Blind Spot Assessment and you wish to send them one of the other assessments (when available), you may follow the above instructions.

If you would like to use a single link to share with multiple people, create a Group Link in the Manage Groups page. See How Do I Create a Group Link below.

Navigate to the Manage Groups page. From this page you can Create a Group or Create a Group Link. (Note: from the Dashboard you can only create a Group Link.)

1. Click the Create Group button in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Choose Create Group Only.
3. Enter the name of your Group.
4. Click Save.

Navigate to the Manage Groups page. 

NOTE: Participants must already exist in the system in order to use the following steps. If you are trying to add a new Participant to an existing Group, skip to the steps at the bottom of this page.

Adding an Existing Participant:

1. Find the desired Group.
2. Click the Actions menu button on the right side of that Group.
3. Choose Add Participant.
4. Start entering their email address. Their email address will appear in the list if they are in the system.
5. Select the correct email address. The first and last name fields will be auto-populated.
6. Click the Add Participant button. 

Adding a New Participant:

Navigate to the Dashboard. After choosing the assessment and entering the Participant's email address, first and last names, simply choose the desired group from the Assign to Group dropdown list.

Note: the Group must already exist.

Group Links can be created from either the Dashboard or the Manage Groups page.

There are currently four system notifications available. Each of them can be edited for customizations by your account administrator.

1. Assessment Link Email - this is the email the Participant receives inviting to complete the assigned assessment.

2. Activation Email - this email is sent to new users on your account. It is also sent when a user changes their email. All user emails must be verified with this template.

3. Participant Result Email - this is the email the Participant receives after they complete their assessment. It can take up to five minutes for them to receive the results.

4. Assessment Completed Email - this email notifies you when one of your Participants completes their assessment. It can take up to five minutes for you to receive this notification. You will receive the Participant's assessment results, their PDF report and additional information. See How to Edit the Assessment Completed Email for more details.

2. Click Actions > Edit for the Assessment Link Email.

This token is what provides the Participant with the assessment link.

It is not necessary to have the green Verify button in your custom design. It is there as a visual button for the above token.

Participant Result Email - this is the email the Participant receives after they complete their assessment. It can take up to five minutes for them to receive the results.

1. Navigate to Administration > Email Templates.

2. Click Actions > Edit for the Participant Result Email.

You can rewrite the entire email as desired, including using the HTML editor to match your brand design.

Make sure you insert the appropriate tokens or the recipient might not get what they need from the email.

Mandatory Tokens:

%Participant.Result%

This token is what displays the Participant's assessment result.

%Participant.PdfUrl%

This is the link to the PDF report for the matching assessment result. I.e., if the assessment result is Competitor, this token provides a link to download the Competitor report based on which assessment was completed.

NOTE: If you use the "Link" option in the HTML editor as we did for this link, you MUST select "<other>" for the Protocol in the editor popup box.

All other tokens are optional.

Assessment Completed Email - this email notifies you when one of your Participants completes their assessment. It can take up to five minutes for you to receive this notification. You will receive the Participant's assessment results, their PDF report and additional information. 

1. Navigate to Administration > Email Templates.

2. Click Actions > Edit for the Assessment Completed Email.

You can rewrite the entire email as desired, including using the HTML editor to match your brand design.

Make sure you insert the appropriate tokens or the recipient might not get what they need from the email.

Mandatory Tokens:

%Assessment.Completed.Title%

This token tells you the name of the assessment the participant completed.

%Assessment.Completed.Result%

This token provides you with the Participant's assessment result.

%Participant.PdfUrl%

This is a link to the appropriate PDF report based on the assessment results and type of assessment you sent.

For Hiring Managers, add this token to your emails.

%Assessment.Completed.HiringSupplement%

This provides a link to the appropriate Hiring Manager Supplement Report based on the Participant's result.

 %FormFields.All%

Any form fields your Participant fills out and submits at the end of their assessment questionnaire will be displayed in your notification email if you use the above token.

%DataLayerFields.All%

Any of the UTM keywords you may have used in setting up the link will be displayed if you use the above token.

All other tokens are option.

Organization Units allow you to organize your users and entities.

You can create teams, departments, branches, etc. 

Then you can assign users to one or more of your different Organization Units.

Click Add Root Unit. This might be Corp HQ or Administration, etc.

Repeat this steps as many times as you would like.

You can create hierarchies by dragging a folder with your mouse and dropping it on top of another folder. 

You can move the folders around and create multiple levels of hierarchy as desired.

To move a sub-folder back to the root level, drag it above the higher level folder and drop it.

1. Click on the desired folder.
2. Clicki the +Add Member button on the right.
3. Find the desired user(s) and place a check in the box by their name.
4. Click Save.

Note: The user must already exist in the system to add them to an Organizational Unit.

This features gives you the ability to create and assign Roles for your multiple users. 

You can assign different sets of permissions to each role.

For instance, say you want to give your personal assistant their own login.

You want them to have full access to the application. Except you don't want them to be able to delete Participants or Groups, for example.

You can create a Role called AdminAssist. Then you simply remove the delete permissions.

Roles and Permissions gives you greater control over other user's use of the application.

1. Navigate to the Administration menu, then Roles & Permissions.
2. Click the Create new role button in the upper right corner.
3. Enter a Role Name such as AdminAssist or Admin Assistant.
4. Click the Permissions tab.
5. Check all the boxes that you want the Role to have permission to access.
6. Click Save.

Notes:

1. You can click the Pages folder and that add a check mark to every box. Then you can simply uncheck the few you might want to restrict permissions from.
2. Unchecking a box from any navigation menu item, such as Participants or Manage Groups, will hide these features from the user with this Role Permission restriction.
3. Click the checkbox under the Role Name if you want this role to be the Default for all new users.

1. Navigate to the Administration>Users page.
2. Click the Create new user button in the upper right corner.
3. Enter the user's information in the fields. Note: enter the user's email address in the User Name field.
4. Uncheck whichever settings you want to change. See notes below.
5. Switch to the Roles & Permissions tab.
6. Select which Role you wish to assign.
7. Switch to the Organization Units tab.
8. Add this user to any of the appropriate organization units, if applicable.
9. Click Save.

Notes on the check boxes:

Set Random Password - unchecking this box allows you to enter a password manually. Otherwise, the user will get an email with a random password assigned.

Require password change on next login - (recommended) - leaving this checked will require them to change the temporary password.

Send activation email -  (recommended) - If checked, the system will send the user a verification email which will include their password.

Active - this is how you restrict access to the user account. Unchecking this box will disable the user's login.

Lockout Enabled - activates the security settings for this user account. If they violate your settings, their account will be locked out for a period of time that is set in the security settings.

You can set up specific restrictions within the Roles and Permission module.

It takes up to five minutes from the time someone completes their assessment to the time the results are available in your View Result button. Trying refreshing your browser page after a few minutes. If after five minutes you are still not seeing the result, please contact support.

This is an optional upgrade feature.

1. Navigate to the Dashboard page.
2. Click Create New Embed Setting.
3. Select Assessment.
4. Copy and paste the complete URL from your own website page where your embedded assessment resides.
5. Give your assessment a Page Name. I.e., The Blind Spot Assessment.
6. If you will have the assessment embedded on more than one web page, check the box if this one is your main or "default" embedded assessment.
7. Click Save.
