Assessment Completed Email - this email notifies you when one of your Participants completes their assessment. It can take up to five minutes for you to receive this notification. You will receive the Participant's assessment results, their PDF report and additional information.
1. Navigate to Administration > Email Templates.
2. Click Actions > Edit for the Assessment Completed Email.
You can rewrite the entire email as desired, including using the HTML editor to match your brand design.
Make sure you insert the appropriate tokens or the recipient might not get what they need from the email.
Mandatory Tokens:
%Assessment.Completed.Title%
This token tells you the name of the assessment the participant completed.
%Assessment.Completed.Result%
This token provides you with the Participant's assessment result.
%Participant.PdfUrl%
This is a link to the appropriate PDF report based on the assessment results and type of assessment you sent.
For Hiring Managers, add this token to your emails.
%Assessment.Completed.HiringSupplement%
This provides a link to the appropriate Hiring Manager Supplement Report based on the Participant's result.
%FormFields.All%
Any form fields your Participant fills out and submits at the end of their assessment questionnaire will be displayed in your notification email if you use the above token.
%DataLayerFields.All%
Any of the UTM keywords you may have used in setting up the link will be displayed if you use the above token.
